At Al-Mansoor Trading, we strive to deliver every order promptly and safely all across Pakistan.

🚚 Shipping Details

  • Free shipping across Pakistan on all orders.

  • All customer orders are fulfilled by Al-Mansoor Trading through trusted logistics partners: PostEx and Call Courier, ensuring hassle-free delivery and returns.

  • Once your order is confirmed through call, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your order status.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public/national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 business days (excluding Sundays). During peak seasons or high order volume, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

  • For first-time customers, our Customer Service Representative will confirm the order via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we offer a clear and fair return, refund, and replacement process.

🔁 Returns & Refund Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are:

    • Unused

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • Returned with original packaging

  • Change of mind is not applicable.

  • Please mention a valid reason when returning any item.

  • Customers must send the return through a traceable courier (e.g. Trax Logistics) at their own expense to the return address below.

  • Delivery charges (usually Rs. 250) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed via:

    • Bank Transfer

    • EasyPaisa

    • Store Credit

  • Refunds are processed within 2 working days after receiving the returned items.

🔄 Replacements

  • Replacement delivery charges: Rs. 250 (covers two-way courier cost).

  • Customer must repack the item in original or equivalent packaging.

  • Our courier will pick up the old parcel and deliver the new one simultaneously.

⚠️ Important: If the parcel is visibly damaged or the packaging seal is broken at the time of delivery, do not accept the package.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items

  • Products damaged during use

  • Items not in the original condition as received
